Our Boreta is a beautiful washed coffee produced in the highlands of Arbegona districts in Sidama, which has 30 districts in total.
The village of Boreta is nestled in the highlands of Sidama, located in south-central Ethiopia. These elevated forests, rich in biodiversity, offer nutrient-dense soil that plays a vital role in nurturing healthy coffee plants.
With perfect rainfall, ample sunlight, and post-harvest processing methods refined over generations, it's no surprise that the coffees from this region deliver unforgettable flavor profiles.
This coffee showcases the vibrant fruit notes characteristic of top-tier washed Ethiopian beans, complemented by a pleasingly rounded texture.
